Egg Sinkers

Egg sinkers have a hole in the center and slides on the mainline. Used primarily for whipping, also known as spincasting depends on where you're from. Eggs are the most common sinker used for whipping. Eggs sinkers can also be used for dunking (baitcasting), where the fish will not feel the weight of the sinker. Sizes range from size 1/8 to size 8.
